Take a look inside my beauty room
Welcome to my happy place!
I have always wanted my own beauty room and now I am finally creating one. I love using this space to be creative and express my love for makeup. I’m still working on the room as a whole, but I have my vanity finished and I’m pretty proud of it.
Here are a few ideas to help you create your own vanity:
- Desk: I purchased my desk separately from Ikea. It’s the perfect size. I can neatly set up all of my jewelry, place magazines for decor, and have my vanity mirror without feeling crowded.
- Vanity Mirror: I purchased this mirror from Amazon. I also found a vertical vanity mirror from the same brand that is cheaper!
- Chair: I purchased a gray dining chair, but it works perfectly! I added the rug and pillow for decor – both purchased at Walmart!
- Jewelry Organizer: I love this jewelry organizer! I can hold my necklaces, bracelets and rings all in one.

- Lipstick Organizer
- Small Vanity Mirror: I found this vanity mirror at Target. I love using this mirror to do my eyebrows and when I need to look at my face close up. It also has LED lighting.
- Brush Holder: I found my brush holder at Marshalls and as you can see, it holds a ton of brushes!
- Beauty Blender Holder: I found this at Tj Maxx in the beauty section. I got gold, but they also come in silver!
- Candle: I love these White Barn candles from Bath and Body Works. They look so sleek and smell so good. A few of my other favorite scents are Bergamot Waters, Pumpkin Pecan Waffles, and Cactus Blossom.
- Floor Lamp: I purchased this lamp at Walmart. It’s simple and I like how it’s white and gray to match my furniture.
- I also added fun wall pictures (each one purchased at Burlington), makeup magazines, and I will occasionally put flowers in there to add some life!
